My daughter & I visted Next Generation to look at prams. The staff were very friendly & helpful assembling prams to show us how they worked. nothing was too much trouble for them after we purchased the Pram & Highchair etc we had a couple of problems with the pram.
The Staff could not have been more pleasant & helpful in trying to sort ou the problem. Six months later when trying to assemble the highchair couldn't work something out & phoned up to ask what to do, we were told "bring it in" & we will help you which we did & again they were fantastic & soon sorted out what we had done wrong. I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone, even if just to for the pleasant friendly & helpful staff.
